Common questions
The portrait is real in the sense that it is a genuine, one-off drawing made from your answers, and you keep it. It is not psychic. Portraits are created with AI image tools in our pencil-sketch style, and readings are composed with AI writing tools. We say so before you pay. For entertainment.
No drawing can show the face of a real future partner, and ours does not claim to. What it can do is turn what you value into a portrait you can look at, keep and talk about. Think of it like a thoughtful horoscope: for fun and reflection.
A Soulmate Studio portrait with its short written reading costs $19, paid once. There is no subscription. Each portrait is made to order, so the sale is final once creation starts, but if yours does not arrive or is faulty we make it again, or refund you if we cannot deliver it.
