Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use thesoulmatestudio.com or buy a portrait from us. The Soulmate Studio is operated by Westernmost LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. For entertainment only

Portraits are created with AI image tools in our pencil-sketch style, and readings are composed with AI writing tools. Both are made from your quiz answers and are provided solely for entertainment and personal reflection.

• The person in the portrait is imagined. It is not a picture of a real person and it is not a prediction of who you will meet.
• The reading is not a prediction, and it is not advice on relationships, health, money, law or any other decision.
• Our method has been reviewed and approved by an independent practicing psychic we commissioned. She approved the method only: she does not make, draw or read individual orders, and no one draws your portrait by hand.

2. What you buy

One personalized portrait delivered as a digital image, and one short written reading, for a single payment of $19 (USD). There is no subscription and you will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

3. Delivery

We deliver by email to the address you give at checkout, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours of payment. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected].

4. All sales are final, and what we do if an order fails

Your portrait and reading are made to order from your answers, and we start creating them as soon as you pay. For that reason all sales are final once creation has started. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, or because the portrait is not the face you had imagined.

We always put right an order that fails on our side:

• If your portrait or reading has not been delivered within 24 hours, or is technically defective, we make it again at no cost. Technically defective means, for example, a file that is corrupted or will not open, an image that has clearly failed, or details that differ from your answers because of an error on our side (such as a man drawn when you asked for a woman).
• If we cannot deliver a working portrait and reading, we refund you in full.
• To ask for either, reply to your delivery email or write to [email protected]. Please tell us soon: we delete your answers 90 days after delivery, and after that we would need you to take the quiz again.
• If something has gone wrong, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. It is the quickest way to get it fixed.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you live in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your portrait is digital content made for you, at checkout we ask for your express consent to start straight away and for your acknowledgement that you lose this right once creation begins. We cannot take the order without both, and we confirm them in your delivery email.

By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start creating your portrait straight away, and you acknowledge that the sale is final once creation begins and that, as an EU or UK consumer, you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. If your order is not delivered or is defective, it will be made again, or refunded if it cannot be delivered. Your rights if an order is not delivered or is defective, set out in section 4, are not affected.

6. Your portrait and how you may use it

You may keep, print and share your portrait and reading for personal, non-commercial use. We will never show your portrait publicly without your permission.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not use the quiz to try to produce a portrait of a real, identifiable person, or to create anything harmful or offensive. We may refuse or refund an order that does.

8. Availability

You must be 18 or over to order. Our service is not currently available in Japan, Mexico or Thailand.

9. Liability

We make every portrait with care, but because it is made for entertainment we do not accept responsibility for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the EU or UK, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country.

11. Changes and contact
